I first used Faroncrown over 30 years ago and had all my windows and doors replaced. They were guaranteed for 10 years so 20 years later I decided to replace them with a newer design although they were still fine! I just had the windows and back door replaced as the front door was still fine. I have recently had a problem with this front door as it seemed to have dropped. I phoned Wayne and he came round the next day to look at it. He and his brother tried to repair it and they did this successfully so I don;’t yet need to replace it although I know that this will have to be done soon! I think this is great that a job guaranteed for 10 years is still working over 30 years later. When I retired I had a conservatory built on the side of the house and used Faroncrown again. This was a bespoke conservatory as I wanted it for a music room so didn’t want glass all around. I told them exactly what I wanted and they satisfied all my requirements – even including an air-conditioning/heating unit. As it was built on the side of the house the wall between it and the hall had cavity wall insulation in it so it is almost soundproofed from the rest of the house! I would whole-heartedly recommend this company and will always go back to them for any future work.
