“Would highly recommend”

I chose Faroncrown from the Trading Standards list of approved suppliers as I wanted work done for my elderly mother who is deaf and vulnerable. It is very important that tradesmen arrive at the specified time as my brother and I do not live close and someone has to be with my mother. Wayne was punctual for the initial appointment and gave sound advice about the job, we had some building work to do before the windows were fitted. Carl then arrived on the specified day to fit the windows and then a few days later to “make good”. Throughout the operation Wayne kept in touch and kept me informed, liaising with us when the builders were around also. When Carl came to fit the windows he worked quietly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to my mother in difficult circumstances. The quality of workmanship is excellent. At all times we were treated with respect and consideration was given to our particular circumstances. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
